A teenager was arrested after police say he was spotted with other vehicles driving around in donuts. The Atlanta Police Department responded to a call about street racers in a parking lot. It took stop sticks to finally halt the suspect. For another mile and a half, the driver continued to flee, according to police. But eventually the flat tires forced him to stop. The person behind the wheel was 17 years old.
